Hello everyone!
I'm sorry I don't have my little logo up at the top, but I'm doing this on my iPad and it would be incredibly hard to do it, so don't hate the debate!
Here are the top three answers to Debate #8: April Fool's Special!
I also cannot copy+paste things for some reason so I'll just tell you the people!

Here is the debate for today!
Should Andrew Jackson be taken off the twenty dollar bill and be replaced by someone?
Many people said no, just because of the work, but a person I interviewed had an extraordinary answer!
Anonymous Answered: "Yes, because Andrew Jackson is remembered because he did bad things."
Remember, this is your idea, express your opinion!
Have a good answer, then I will feature you in the next debate!
(I might make an edited one, that's better than this one.)

I don't really know, to be honest, he was both good and bad.. the thing was that he was slightly racist, and supported slavery a bit too. But at the same time, he arose from such a little position to become the president of the United states, which shows his courage and hard work. Also, he also support the common people and their rights. His kind of democracy was also well planned, and is mostly used in today's world. He was even good in wars, and helped to win against quite a few countries, including the british.

So yep, I don't think its necessary to remove him at all.. though people have different opinions about this ^_^

No, Andrew Jackson should not be taken off the 20$ bill, I'm a "Yankee" but I think he should be honored, he was a great president! Sure, he supported slavery, but we are all entitled to our opinions, even back then!

Slavery is bad. It really don't matter now if he did good things. Btw opinions. I think he should have, he wasn't a good president, he supported slavery which is bad and racist. Also kind of sexist.

I think Andrew Jackson should be taken off of it because he supported slavery. All his life he was bad. And in my opinion it don't matter now what he did good before, what he did bad was racism. But this is my opinion.

Not really racist, but the whole thing of stopping slavery was: "All humans should be free"

Right, and not be under decree.

Slavery was the norm back then and crucial to the economy. Abolitionists were the minority - you can't blame him.

Naw, don't change it. It's been like that for a long, long time, and I'm sure more than 80% of people cannot recognize him by the picture. It will take vital resources to change it up.

No, he should not be taken off of the 20 dollar bill Yet! The reason why I say this is because he was I believe the seventh President of the United States! So, even if he did do bad things. He is still one of the first few presidents USA had. So he is remembered as one of USA's Presidents. I think he is on the $20 bill because he was the 7th president of USA. And they put him on their so people realize who he is and what he did (support slavery) Which is the worst thing you could possibly think of. But still people need to know what he did.

Probably, why?
Because Andrew Jackson is remembered for the things America would like to forget about, like the Trail of Tears

I believe Andrew Jackson should remain on the $20 bill. I think that this debate is kind of useless I mean who really cares who is on the $20 bill - it is worth twenty dollars whether it's Wayne Rooney or Andrew Jackson on the bill... I will say keep him on. Don't mess with the treasury.

I think it's a tad in-considerate to call it useless, because this isn't useless at all. We are talking about the past, and also the pros and cons of Andrew Jackson himself.
