So recently, the map has been acting up and it's kinda glitchy. Damen, if you read this, can you fix the map glitch? It's really annoying and I know I'm not the only one.

Damen can't fix that, he doesn't run Minecraft he only has control of the multiplayer server he created.

What's happening is the chunks aren't loading properly (16 x 16 blocks), try turning your graphics down in the video settings (render distance, fast graphics etc...) That should hopefully make them load quicker.

He can't edit that, it's because of your computer and the lag caused from FPS, you need turn your graphics down, I recommend fast graphics, and 10 for render distance. It'll help.

Change your FPS, or like Lloyd said turn down the graphics and make it faster.

Are you sure its not just lag, it always happens to me too but then it loads fine. Never know, I could be wrong.
