Red= breaking news
Orange= normal things
OLDCP PROMOTIONS ARE FIRST IN PROMOTIONS!
IF ONE NAME IS LISTED 2 TIMES, THE'RE RANK HAS BEEN CHANGED IN BOTH OLDCP AND FORUMS.
You can use this key throughout reading this newspaper!
