Council of the Ranks
Hey everyone.
To improve communication within the DSGHQ we are creating a new council called Council of the Ranks. This council will be similar to the Royal Council Meetings held twice a week but instead of it being open to Rank 3+ every rank is invited. These meetings, lead by Damen Chelsey or I, will be held about every 14 days (could be more frequent, could be less). Each rank is invited to send one person to represent their branch at this meeting. The goal of this meeting is to improve communication between everyone, improve/add stuff for your rank/the dsghq and make sure the empire is running smoothly.

- Knight Rep
- Grand Most Wise Jacobg
- Wise Rep
- High Priest Mico (representing Moth Priests)
- Lords of the Empire
- Empress Chelsey, Emperor Damen, Emperor Helper Tennis (representing the Crown)
- Captain of the Penguin Watch
- Lady Cheep (representing the bank)
- Secret Guard Representative)
- Princess Dancebear (representing the healers)
- In-Game Mod Rep
- Forum Mod Rep
- Administrators
- Master Rep
- Three invited guests
If your rank does not have a name next to it (it says representative) then the leader of your rank gets to pick ONE person to attend the meeting to represent your rank (they can pick themselves). You must decide your rank's representative BEFORE the meeting or you will not be allowed entry.
The first meeting is Saturday June 6th at 12pm EST // 5pm UK // 9am PST at /jr Damenmanor... hope to see many of you guys there.

So, what is this exactly? We're working on communicating with each other? And chosen... does someone become a moderator or something? I'm confused, lol.

I truly do like the new of this, truly. I can't wait for the upcoming meeting and i'll surely make notice of it on a calendar. I suppose as I'm one of the captains of the watch I'll be representing the brothers of the watch, though you said captain(s) so I believe that means all captains are welcome. Anyways whatever happens I wish to attend as I'm quite interested.

I think this is a great idea, it improves communication between different corners of the staff and I believe these meeting will help create great new ideas for the empire. One question, will users with ranks that aren't chosen to be a representative be able to watch and attend the meeting?
