I am having an issue in regards to logging on. I went to log on with my penguin as usual and I get a pop up that said that "this feature is disabled on your computer" I have no idea what this could be for. I was told it could be an ip ban but the thing is I did absolutely nothing wrong and I don't understand what occurred other than a technological glitch or bug that banned my IP address, my penguins name is lone wanderer and I hope this issue can be fixed for me.

Well you must be banned, did you try another account? If that happens with all your accounts your ipbanned. I would tell one of our amazing mods.

i tried making more accounts and logging on but i keep getting the exact same issue and result it sucks because i want to play.

where do i go to to talk to one

i was just minding my own business it wasn't that long either i don't go on much but i went to log on today and bam! it says the feature is disabled and i don't understand why!

You must have been banned. Either that, or its a glitch. I would ask a Moderator somehow. Good luck fixing this issue, Lonewanderer.

A Moderator must have ipbanned you, and they must have had a reason to do so, unless it's some glitch. I would talk to a forums Moderator here, and see if they know anything. Good luck!

i went to send a moderator a message but it says only forum members can send mail what does that mean?

You must be a Member before you send mail. Currently, you're a Rookie. I would try and get a forums Moderator to see this post somehow. Good luck again.

Lonewanderer, you have to have 50 posts and 30 rep, to send messages to anyone.
