Sometimes, when using the !8ball command, the bot replies a blank message, without anything showing. Please be aware of this.

I have seen this too, but It may be an emoji that's not loading or it just has no responce to your questions. Make sure your questions is yes or no and not just open ending. Thank you

Yes, I have heard that has happened. I hope there is a reason for this problem.

I believe she meant that everybody needs open ended yes or no questions. Forgive me if I'm wrong. c:
