a mod is someone who cares and loves all users who looks after community and who deserves the rank by heart and hard work
and there have been no mistakes about mods in the past!

I think it's not like a required number. Whoever gets the most votes, gets demoted.
To be honest, if I were a mod, this would probably be the time to freak out

This seems amazing! I will try to attend both, and see what happens. This is very intriguing and I am sure that destiny has it for some users, and some staff members could be demoted for just the right reasons. I am sure it will be fair, I can't wait to watch!

I hope you take out this ridiculous policy and do it for the good of the staff.

We won't lose the best moderators, if they are truly the best, people won't vote them to be demoted. And, the people who are wanting someone demoted will most likely need a reason. Don't worry, it won't be unfair. If someone votes for friends also, it could be unfair and taken care of, but those people would need a reason for promotion of said friend. Also, if that friend were actually promoted, they would need the skill of being a moderator, and how to use powers responsibly etc. I see what you mean, but we will see what it will become, it seems interesting and very fun to have. It will make some improvements and test some new staff out. I am sure that people won't just be demoted without actual reason, and I am very sure that it won't be unfair, if it was, we wouldn't be having this.

This is quite interesting. I'll make the 1st or 2nd one. Maybe both..
