I have a theory on who REALLY bombed the town.
I believe our culprit is not Derrick.
Not Clarkson.
But Rover.
I think the culprit is Rover because, well, he clearly enjoys to kill people. And I think he faked his death so that he would no longer be a suspect.
Evidence:
1. Rover likes to kill people.
2. Rover brought me and a lot of other penguins to /jr townexplode and he quoted "We did it!"
3. I have no evidence but a gut feeling Rover faked his death...
