i disagree with this. many rookies(including me) are trying to increase rep and posts by adding more pics and videos. eg. i've been creating a discussion called "how many of u know this?".
Becoz of this new rule,i cant do it anymore so i will have to stay like a rookie forever.

Don't hate on me, but I really think these are not very good ideas.

Not being able to comment on moods? Well, this isn't very fair in my opinion.. Say somebody made a backup for a sacrifice, they wouldn't be able to comment on their friends mood to say this is their backup; or email them for that matter.

I'm not going to say my opinion on all of the limits, but I think their quite appalling. Dislike this post, but that just shows me your most likely sucking up.
