Ok, so for case 12 I think I got it.
The blue penguin is Badme in the video, and the red penguin is rover. In the video, it said BH which meant Blackhawks, and then It turned into the word Badme, which I think means that Badme is the new leader of Blackhawks, and in the video it said Mickey, meaning Mickey/Morgoth is one of his students/members of the Blackhawks. I think that rover was killed by badme, and that Morgoth helped him.
EDIT:
Badme is probably Mickey's lieutenant like Tennis said and actually might be Mickey's servant/worker. Mickey might be the leader but I add this to my theory. Maybe Mickey is the guy in the afro, I have no clue, but the afro guy might be a clue.
