Honestly, I really do appreciate your work Bp, you not only made this a much better spreadsheet but you're actually acting like a friend to us. In retrospect Roberto was just a ruler, he didn't really react with the users. You on the other hand are a friendly, fresh new addition and I'm so happy you are here. This spreadsheet will be a great way to track our activity without it held against us. You actually get the concept of family, fun, and well, SUMMER!!! This is what I fought for .

YAAAS! America! I'm very happy right now as you can see! Bp, this is even better than the ideas a lot of us had to highly improve Roberto's spreadsheet. It's very, very fair and there's nothing whatsoever to be upset about. You won't automatically put them on probation after unexcused inactivity unlike Rob, you'll first ask them what's been going on. You know how to improve DSGHQ and that's the type of thing I love to see. Plus, you interact with us and actually care about what we have to say and I thank you very much for that!

I truly respect this honestly. Its fair enough to be honest here. The notice of you lowering the hours showed true realism towards the staff. I find it amazing how it is to show progress now. I hope this is used as hoped.

This new update to the spreadsheet was greatly needed. Too bad it's too late for me.

I believe these will be great add-ons to the spreadsheet. Now Mods do not have to be pressured with being so much active on a computer screen. Just the right amount of hours.

I personally don't want to be mean but I do not like Roberto a bit.

I am glad to see you running it and I think you will do a great job good luck.

I am happy with these changes, especially point 2. I feel it is more fair now.

I really believe this will make the mods more active without having to be forced to go online all the time. with robertos spreadsheet, the mods felt like if they weren't online they would instantly be emoted due to robertos strict rules. this will help a great deal with the activity of the mods. they will actually want to do there job and have fun too. before you took over. no one wanted to do there job because they just weren't having fun because they were forced to do something they possibly couldn't do. what if you couldn't make the hours Roberto had made for you? maybe you had daily activitys. you obviously wasn't able to do what he asked of you. because you had fun things that you had to do that day. you would of been demoted. but with the new 10 hours I feel like they can really fit this amount of time better and still do the daily activitys they had planned for that day. I reallylike how your trying to connect with other mods to fit there daily plans. the connections you make with everyone is amazing. keep up the good work. *great

Thank you for realizing a large issue that needed to be fixed greatly.

This is a great new routine thing. >.< Now mods won't be pushed and punished for being some hours short. Now they'll be able to spend time with there family.
