Who Is Herobrine Exactly?

Herobrine isn't your average everyday Minecraft Steve.He is more like Slenderman,creepy and scary.He has glowing white eyes.Shivers!He also has a stick.Your thinking:A stick?Really?That's not scary!Well,you thought wrong.This is like a Demon stick.He strikes lightning at you to kill your player.Here is a picture of him

Well,he used to be in the earlier updates.But,he was taken out of the game a couple updates ago
