Must have experience from other organizations
Must be older than the main user base
Must also be respectful and kind to children
Must also be fearless to act out their command
Must be able to ignore opposition
Must not become too involved with friendship communities
Basically be like me
I am also changing the powers of a Prince to Moderator powers like Princesses.
However, the powers of the Empress and Emperor Helper will remain.
THESE CHANGES WILL TAKE PLACE AT 7 PM EST
We will have a celabratory ceremony to celebrate the help, however much that was, of the admins who are leaving the rank tonight

i Have all the requirements except be like you and the older thing,
other than that
i prefer a rank close to master in the future
as TSA and Phoenix are planning to expand
TSA is losing agents a bit
so I will see
and this is true actually
some admins are inactive these days
but then again gonna let it back to u

Take bp28 for example: He is a good friend of many, although, he still keeps to himself and to his job, and doesn't let the opinions of his friends change what he does, if that makes any sense.
It's hard to explain, but you may get the idea from the above example.
The new requirements are very nice, and will even further differ the Administrator rank from the Moderator rank, which is always a good thing.

I believe this is amazing, honestly. It will make big impacts since we will have even more trusted, older people to take charge here. We have had problems in the past with some of the staff (including moderators), and even the users since they also make a small impact. I really think it is good to be respectful to the children, because most of us are children, even counting young teenagers, and it makes me feel like I did something wrong when I am told otherwise, or if someone is being rude, etc. I believe that the administrators should move in their own ways, and have only a limited amount of time to spend with friend/amount of friends etc.
I believe that most of our current administrators are good with these requirements, but I am a bit worried for Hashir; just for the age, he is good in all other ways. Anyways, many users here would make great administrators, but I won't name them for many reasons. I know that the administrators that get demoted will take it seriously, but will not pout about it or be jealous/mad or even sad, because they are all professional. That's just one of the reasons that they were picked. This is a good choice, I think it will help the dsghq very much and make it just like the old times again. We need more parties for oldcp, like in the early versions.
