This has been happening since I first got my forums account it wont let me reply to moods it doesn't have a reply option please help me.

You see an Expand (0) somewhere. Click that and there'll be an empty text box there for you to reply.

Its the rookie limits, when you get to 40 rep(likes) you will be able to! When you get member, you can use img and video aswell.

This is about the new system, rookies cant reply on moods. This is no bug.

Rookies cannot comment on Moods. You are a Member now so you should be able to reply to them.
