I think this is a great plan. I still feel like you guys are expecting a certain amount of hours, but without stress of the sheet, I will feel like I am not forced the be online. Since no moderators know who the brothers are, I hope that the moderators and I will do an exceptional job even if there is no one around. I hope this will make a better future for us. Thank you so much!
