Hello there,
MistyWolf here. As many of you may know, I have been IP-Banned on OldCP and Forums because I was harassing other users. I would like to apologize to everybody I have harrassed, bullied or threatened on OldCP/Forums.
Appeal:
Username: MistyWolf
Game/Sevice I was IP-banned on: OldCP
Reason of IP-banning: Harrassing other users non-stop, trolling, just being plain rude.
Why I wish to be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because I have noticed my mistakes and I wish to undo them. I have learned my lesson and I promise I will not harass any user on DSGHQ ever again, on a DSGHQ app or not.
Changing myself to be a good citizen on OldCP: I will speak kindly to all users, and I will never threat/bully/harass them ever again and I will obey the staff and never beg. I will keep my temper to myself so people won't see me as a bad person...
Conclusion: If I do become un IP-banned, I wish to use a new user instead of MistyWolf. Thank you for reading this, and goodbye.

Well, you'll maybe need to go over a procedure or something to be unbanned.
I hope this goes into court, so that the best choice can be taken.
