Crash
A Minecraft Survival Story
Part One

I am on a plane, flying back from the mountains. It was a good time, climbing the highest peaks, eatting porkchops by a beautiful sunset, you name it. But now, I'm returning to my little cottage in the village. I miss the loudness of the children and the constant muttering of the grown ups.

I open my window. It's cloudy, but still clear enough to see the miles of ocean that surrounds the plane. It seems like an isolated area, away from all human civilisation. Would it be peaceful? Or would it be a place of lost souls? My mind wonders only of that for the rest of the journey.

"Attention passengers, please put all belongings in the compartment below. We are approaching the mainland in 30 minutes. There will also be turbulence, so please put on seatbelts"

I fasted my seatbelt, put away my book and pen in the compartment, and waited for the bumpy ride.

The ride didn't come.


The plane went on it's side, then turned back up again. It shoke violently, then the nose went down slightly. The flight attendants fell off their feet, causing the snack tray to smash on the floor.

"What's happening?" I ask the attendant next to me.
"The captain is having a seizure."
"Well, can it be stopped? The plane could crash!"
"No point."

I look at her face. She feared something wrong. Her eyes followed mine then looked into them. She knew what was going to happen if the captain had a seizure. She knew, I knew, everyone didn't.

She finally opens her mouth, only to whisper in hush tones.

"It will happen."

I opened my mouth to speak, when suddenly the plane went down. It was gaining more speed then before. People were clinging to dear life, only knowing what was happening at that moment. Screams of fear filled the room, dear god it was horrible. Adults were holding their precious children, knowing that their lives would end there. Some adults wanted to die like gentleman and ladylike women, so they sat there and waited for their deaths.

I see a patch of land with trees. If we crash there, we would hit the trees and have more chances of dying. I can't jump out of the window, I can't fly a plane. Will I die?

The speaker came on, but it was cracked. It was the co-pilot. He says his last words and turns it off.

"I don't know how to fly planes. I failed you all. Thanks for flying with us, at least you're going to a better place"

The plane is going it's fastest. It was approaching the land. I closed my eyes, fastened my seatbelt even tighter, and prayed.

The plane was about to slam into the ground.
