Chapter 1 - Moved.
Hi, my name is Katherine Patterson. I'm 11 years old, and born on July 6th, 2004. Me and my family moved to a city called Mentor. I didn't want to move, but we could've lost our house if we didn't. Monday was my first day at a new school. Today was Friday. I always hated Friday. Friday was the day my Father died. I don't want to talk about it so back to reality. I was writing in my journal when a few minuets later my twin brother, Jack, came in my room without knocking. "KATHERINE! MOM SAID SHE WANTS YOU RIGHT NOW OR YOU WILL BE GROUNDED!", he yelled. Whenever my mother wants me its never good. But I ran downstairs anyway. Then, I saw my mother with an angry look on her face. "Oh no...", I mumbled under my breath. "KATHERINE! GET OVER HERE NOW!", my mother yelled. I took a few steps to get closer to my mother. "Y-y-yes?", I said nervously. "We are going to you're new school tomorrow to meet you're teacher tomorrow.", she said. "But Mo-", my mother stopped me. "I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT WE ARE GOING YOU LITTLE BRAT!", she screamed. The she slapped my across the face. "OWWW!", I screamed in pain. "SHUT UP AND CLEAN THE BATHROOMS NOW!!!", my mother screamed at me. I ran upstairs, ran into my room and cried in my pillow. "I HATE MY LIFE!", I screamed while crying. A few minuets later I got up looked into my mirror and looked at myself. "Toughen up, Katherine, I'm here for you,", a voice in my head said. It sounded like dad. I walked up to my bed, and prayed my life would get better. at the end of the prayer I lay on my bed and took some breaths. "I love you dad...", I whispered. Then I got up, grabbed some cleaning supplies. And got to work.

Talk about an abusive mother. She yelled at her, slapped her, called her a brat, and is forcing her to clean the bathroom! This isn't your reality life, is it?
I love this, keep 'em coming! Can't wait for part 2!
