After cleaning the bathroom it was 7:00 PM. I went downstairs to tell my mother I was done, but she didn't answer. "Eh..", I mumbled. I went back upstairs and locked the bathroom door. I took off my clothes and turned on the shower. I turned on the air conditioning in the bathroom so the mirror wouldn't fog up. Then I went in the shower to wash myself up. After I took a shower I dried my hair, put on my pajama's and braided my hair. Then I went in my room and kept reading my book. "Dad gave me this book.", I thought. After I read chapter 5, I closed the book and hugged it, then put it back on the shelf. "KATHERINE! ITS DINNER TIME!", my mother yelled. "Coming!', I yelled back. I ran downstairs and smelled chicken and rice. "Yum!", I said. Mother placed the food on a plate for me and a plate for Jack. "Hope you enjoy..", my mother mumbled. Me and Jake started eating our food. Jack finished his food a few minuets before I did. "Hurry up, Katherine! I wanna go play football outside with you!", Jack said. "OK, hold on a few minuets.", I said. I loved Jack, but he wanted to hang out with me more then his friends! But I played with him sometimes anyway. About 3 minuets later I finished my dinner I cleaned up the table and washed the dishes for mother. Then I put on my shoes and went to play outside with Jack. By the time we came inside it was 9:00 PM. "I'm going to bed, goodnight guys!", Jake said. "Goodnight.", I said while giving Jake a hug. Mother didn't say anything. She was just sitting on the couch. I walked upstairs and read my book again. By the time I reached Chapter 7, I started to yawn. I looked at my alarm clock and it was 10:00 PM. I put my book away and went downstairs to get a glass of water, then I went to brush my teeth. I put my glass of water on my nightstand, set my alarm clock to beep at 9:00 PM, turned off the light and went to sleep.
