If you get banned on Forums, and it says Banned can you still post???

I believe not. Once you are banned, it automatically states as soon as you log in that you are not able to use the Forum content.

No. I have been banned before. When you are banned, you cannot, Check your account, post, read posts, check your Private Messages, check the stats, etc.. You can not do anything when you are banned on the forums.
