First. It shows a blackhawk member "Rover" or "Badme" or "Clarkson" or "Disney" he's laughing..
Next you can see a cloned Rsnail.
Either this is saying Rsnail has been held hostage and KILLED by rover/badme/clarkson or disney and they made a clone of him to pretend that's the Real one,
Or Rsnail has been held hostage and been forced to join the blackhawks team.
At the end the word forms MICKEY. So mickey must've been the one who did it all.
