We shouldn't be harsh on him, yes he has spammed a little but he probably didn't know sometimes and what if he did know? He couldn't do anything about it.

Backon, you could of either mailed lone so it's private and just reminding him, or if he keeps doing it, mail a forum moderator e.g pickle1020, key123.
