I am making a new series called "Poems that Care" and it is something that will help others know the real feeling inside them. This poem is called "Priceless, and it tells you that if someone thinks your items that are precious to you are lame, ignore them.They do not know what is special to you, only you do.


"Priceless"

You cannot but a price on the things you love the most.
Just like your family, you are eggs on toast.
You always stick together, like jelly and peanut butter.
But, do not say that another’s is priceless, for to them it’s just a mutter.

You may not see inside it, it may not have rubies or gems.
But what is not special to you, could be special to them.
It may be some scissors, you see no difference there.
But it might be more than priceless, it might be from an heir.

So the next time you say it’s priceless, look inside your heart.
For when you do, you find in the object something more worth than art.

"But just remember, that you are all pickles, and you are all One-of-a-kind."

The thing that I claim priceless, is my 2 family's love! My parents are devorced, so it is hard when it comes to school work. Because of this, my book was always at the other house, and I was on report for not having a book.
