Ah hello. Although shrek is the most mythical of all them creatures, he lives dear in our heart. Here is a story about when shrek was a child and becoming an adult, with his rebellious ways, and his loud cry of terror. Every part, you will find more about Shrek, but as always, this is just fake, so none of this would happen with real ogres.

Chapter 1

Shrek was a good old chap, in the beginning of his life, his parents didn't know what to name him. He set out a wild cry of a manly voice, and the nurse almost died of shrieking (she was a wimpy human). His parents decided to name him Shrek, because it was said that in Yiddish, Shrek meant alarming fear, and terror. Shrek was exactly that. Even his smile could scare a little boy to death.



As a young ogre, Shrek loved to go around the cherry trees, and find small mice to pick their eyes out and eat whole. He would eat anything in his way. As of the nights, he would be hunting until 12:00 PM for all sorts of creature delicacies. His father read him a bedtime story each night, and it was always about the annoying fairytale creatures. One night, his father told him about the most powerful creature of them all, Al the wizard. No one recalled of such a name, mostly because Al hid in his tower, waiting for prey to use his power on. Al would spend his day trying to find the most precious gem of them all, the golden necklace. All who wore the diamond watch were said to have gained 10000 times the power of a regular man. Al constantly looked for that. Ever since then, Shrek told himself that he was bound to find it someday, and that is what he would do; destroy the wizard and find the golden necklace.

Chapter Two

Al went to the Castle of the small kingdom of Elintown. Elintown was full of fake knick knacks, and was known to be the sketchiest kingdom of them all. Al visited quite often, to grab supplies, and talk to the freaks that lived there. It wasn't quite far from where Al lived, so it was a pleasure to drop by.

As Al looked for the golden watch, Shrek found a clue in the ground near his parent's swamp. It was a riddle. What??? "How corny is that?" Shrek said aloud.

Shrek cleared his throat and screeched as quiet as possible to himself: "The path of the watch is where the bumbleberries grow, oft where the punkle trees sprout, and where the mines of the troftlice are." He had known that place ever since he was born! His parents took him there as a treat to catch frog and pick berries and that sort of stuff, but now he had known that it was somewhere in a large town called Frunkle. Shrek thought to himself that it would be tough to find since it was such a large town. He swore to himself that he would find it, if it was not the last thing he did before he died.
