it still will not let me on old Club penguin i really want to play it but it wont work what do i do?

If you got banned you will be in Jail for however long the Ban is if that's what you mean. If it just doesn't load or something then it could be your internet. Other then that I am not sure how to help. Terribly Sorry I wasn't much help. :(
