Ok, so people might be wondering can you promote me?
Well, not everyone can promote, only Administrators and Moderators can because they are highly trusted.
I said this recently, and these are the ranks.
Administrators ability to change ranks:
They can change ranks to these:
Banned- Not able to use the forum. Can make another account though unless they are ipbanned.
Guest- Very low rank, lower than rookie, but higher thanBanned
Rookie- Higher than Guest but lower than Member. Any rank lower than member cannot be able to get 100 credits per 50 posts on forum.
Member- Higher than Rookie, but lower than News Reporter.
News Reporter- News Reporter rank is a job. There are only two current: Declan, and Officer. (Policebob) Tennis recently was promoted to Master. News Reporters get 1000 credits a month, and are higher than Member, but lower than Master. The News Reporters, Moderators, and Administrators.
Master- Are Trusted by Moderators[/color], and Administrators. ave a special Masters section to discuss with other Masters, Moderators[/color], and Administrators. Masters cannot do anything much better than a member, but they can cuss, (Can, but do not have to) and they have their own section. Masters are lower than Moderators, but higher than News Reporters, and Members.
Moderator- Position higher than Master, but lower than Administrator. They can ban, check ip logs, ban ip logs, can change profile pictures, and give warnings. They are highly trusted, and protect the forum. They are considered staff, along with the Administrators. Moderators can promote ranks from Guest all the way to Masters but cannot promote people to Moderators or Administrators.
Adminstrator- The higher trusted rank, and can promote anyone to any rank. They can do many things, and much more than Moderators. They are the highest rank of all, and can do almost anything.

You explained this very well, penguinDSC. I learned a lot more than I used to! I don't think JUST ANY Administrator can make other Administrators, only the best ones can!

Actually, any rank of Administrator can make other Administrators, Damen can just do a bit more than the other admins, since he created it. But yes, any Administrator can do this.
