Hi! How do you take pictures and put them on the forum albums or a forum?-Rosie

You can first use Lightshot to get the picture. Then, you could use Photobucket to edit it. You then use the web URL or the link button that generates a link. On the forums, you then make a album and press "Edit Album". You then press the little green + sign and paste the URL there and click Save.

Left click on ANY picture, now, click Copy Image URL. Press 'Albums' and click 'Add Album' and then paste the URL into it.

When you would like to take a picture click the feather or hit the PRTSC SYSRQ button on your keyboard or this button, To add Arrows,text and change the color of the arrows and text you will use the side bar that has the little Arrow,Box, Pencil,Text, Line. If you click the colored box, you are able to change the colors. Play around with it.. it is very easy to use and works well. Now click submit, once you are here. Click edit pictures http://prntscr.com/25nowa. but when it says do you allow the following program to make changes to this computer
what changes does it do???

It does not make any changes to your computer. It will be allowed to save photos in the "documents" file though.
