To further enhance DSGHQ user support, we are reopening the Help chat on Drejk. The chat will be used as another form of support for users and a way to showcase your skills of assistance and DSGHQ knowledge.
Forum staff are automatically moderators on Help, but other users are able to earn moderator or member by actively offering users correct support on the chat. This chat is a great opportunity for general users to show administrators they're ready for Penguin Watch or Moderator.
Typically a short question would need to be asked on the forums as a discussion, but with the Help chat, you can have quick and accurate responses via instant message.
As all DSGHQ official services, this chat will follow by the Drejk and general DSGHQ rules.
Requirements for Help Chat Staff:

If you have any questions, ask below, or even better: ask on the chat!
