I got Damen's permission to re-open SCB! If you weren't here when I made this, it was a group of users who would look around the island to find cyber bullies. With proof, they would report it to me and I would deal with them! So, this time the group will be a little more elaborate. Here are the ranks:

Owner/Creator: Hashir [Unavailable]
Reporter: Internal, Pieguy, Tennis, Abby, Stompnbob, Funfet [FULL]
Reporter-In-Training: Frogs [2 Spots At A Time Before Made Reporter]

Pretty straight forward right? Below is how to make your application for this.
