Special Qualifications?

I have fought and killed BH in my time as a War Knight and as a Detective. I have experience with helping the island with their problems. I've also of course been armed with a sword and a gun. I have trained long and hard with both weapons and became skilled with them. I had learned run attacks and spin blocks.

I think what it means is fighting for your monarchy in order to keep it as safe and secure as humanly possible. The men who are loyal and never back down when challenged. The men who act mature when needed to be. The men who can't be fooled easily. The men in shining armor. The men who don't let their king die on all costs. The men who are trained in combat. The knights.
