Why I am making this application:
Well, Penguin Watch in my opinion is a very great rank. If you get the rank that means you are trusted, which is very honorable to be able to get it. You also have to know how to keep a secret, because you do not want to leak your identity. "Once a brother, always a brother." If you ask any of my friends on here, I am pretty sure they would say I am trust worthy haha.
Experience:
Yes, I know I may not have many experiences with rank. However, this would be a great start. Other than that, I have experiences with helping users, If you count that.
Information:
Other than the fact that my name is Sammy, I am 13 years old, my time zone is eastern and I am normally on at different times, like 3-6pm.
