You may still apply, but will have to show me this application again when the Watch returns on Snaildom. Once Snaildom is open, I will reopen the Watch so that applications will be checked on the spot.

Thanks!! But I know all of the rules. I know half of the penguins names. Why do I have to have expierence on here and on old cp? I have been on old cp for a month and a half.
