Experience: I have been a moderator full time on Penguin Chat 4 and did very well and moderated good. A little after that I had gotten Moderator on OldCP for awhile and moderated, was very active, saw problems and resolved them. I have been taught from moderators now and former moderators. I taught some others and was trying to help them achieve their own goals themselves. I have also been a House Guard for good training.
Activeness: I am on for about 2-4 hours on weekdays due to school, and on weekends and/or days I am off I am on for about 7 hours maybe more maybe less but not usually less. I spend some a great amount of time with the DSGHQ community because I like talking to friends, helping new users, etc. I have been with the community since late 2012.
What I would do: I would make sure others are being treated fairly. I would moderate the server of course. I would attend important events and continue to be very active. I would stop the bullying and take control. And much, much more!
Commands:
/ban
/kick
/warn
/ipban
There was things like /arrest, /release, etc. but since this is V12 they will not have that.
