Hello, welcome to my penguin watch application. Please do not comment "you just applied for snail watch" because that shut down. This application will be longer and have much more effort put into it. I hope this isn't long and boring for you, and it means a lot to me that you are reading this. If you only see like three views, please help me get people to view this. Keep in mind, I'm very tired so if you see mistakes, do not be afraid to let me know. Wow that was long.
Username: My username on the DSGHQ services is DreamBurst. I used to be alice5621, but you won't see that on the DSGHQ name services.
Why do you want this rank? I want this rank to help the moderators. The moderator's job is very hard. If I was a penguin watch member, moderator wouldn't be as hard because I'd assist the moderators while keeping my cover.
Would you abuse your powers or leak? Of course I wouldn't. I love this community and I would not harm it at all. This is my favorite game of all time.
Are you active? Yes, I'm very active. I'm truly online as much as possible.
Experience: I am a master and former xat (Not eat sorry)temp mod/member.
Commands: The commands are /kick and /warn.
