The Penguin Watch rank is a hard rank to get, and I accept the challenge!
Introduction:
Hi my name is Bonwe and I am applying for Penguin Watch. I'm applying for Penguin Watch because I feel like there is a big gap in the PST/EST night time where staff aren't online and a lot of crime activity happens. I want to be the one to stop that and I want users to be happy being online, not annoyed by users spamming, being rude, and cyber bullying. You will be reading my application and reasons I should be trusted to be Penguin Watch.
Penguin Watch Oaths:
I will always take Proof before Witnesses
If no Proof is showed, I will talk to Witnesses
I will give 3 warning before arrest
I will let everyone give there side of the story
I will not take advantage of the responsibility I will be given
I will treat all users respectfully, nice, and kind
I will let the person explain there self if they did crime activity
I will not let a person go just because there my friend
I will not slack off, and I will do my job
I will always stay in /popular in order to keep track on people
I will make sure all the proof and witnesses are true before arresting or warning

Why I should be picked:
I should be picked because I want to stop crime from happening. I want to be able to help users who are having a hard time, or having a hard time with someone. I want people to know that I can be trusted and that I will not break rules. I want people to know I am trustworthy and that they can be beside me without thinking I will do something bad. I want to help users! I want to stop crime.

About Me:
I added this part to my application for you know that the past is all behind me and that I have improved since then and I'm ready to start new! Yes, you heard it! I've had a past. Some of my past I've caused drama and I was rude but I've apologized and I really want to put it all behind me and start fresh. I don't want people to think I'm a bad person because I'm really sorry and I just want to forget about it. All of you guys have accepted my apology and that has just made me feel happy and knowing you guys are forgivers and that you let others have 2nd chances. I haven't cause drama in forever. I just wanted you guys to know that I've changed and I've built up a lot of trust since then and I'm really different from before. Thank you for knowing my story and knowing I'm sorry and ready for a brand new beginning! If you guys have had a past, tell the truth, it shows that you are truthful and actually sorry.
