G'day DSGHQ,
Before I write this application, I would sincerely like to welcome everyone back. It has been a long time since any of us have been able to write on here, and trust me, it feels so good to be back. Please take the time to read my application, if you have any questions, comments, and or concerns don't hesitate to ask or reply down below. Why am I applying? I'm applying because I believe I have what it takes. I have an utmost amount of experience when it comes to moderating, in-game and on the community itself. I have been an active participant on OldCP since 2013, and I was around on the DSGHQ since 2013. I am full of energy, experience, and knowledge. Whenever I see something that is not supposed to be on the DSGHQ I take to action, which usually consists of doing whatever is in my power. Not only do I have the experience to back me up, but I am committed. I know what I'm doing, I know how to do it correctly, and I am not afraid to teach those around me the values of the community. I believe I could play a positive attribute in the community, especially as a DSGHQ staff member.
Why am I qualified? As stated previously I have been around communities for as long as I can remember. I am comfortable with navigating myself around online. I am aware of all the privileges staff are granted and how much they are required to be used properly. I do not abuse the power given to me, and I use it to the benefit of the community not just myself. I have decent writing skills and I can really get a message across when it is necessary. I was indeed an RCHQ Administrator for quite some time prior to this application here on the DSGHQ and I was a DSGHQ Moderator since 2013, therefore I know my way around the community. I am comfortable with using the sources given to me. This includes locking discussions, warning users, banning users, and so much more. However, among all of that, there is a human-being who absolutely loves communicating with people. Helping people is what I do, and it is what I love, I will have no issue sharing with everyone the values of the community, the rules of the community, and the magnificence of it all.
What will I bring to the DSGHQ Staff? Obviously, whenever you include yourself into something you have to play a part, you can't just sit idle on the sidelines - you have to do something. I would bring knowledge, commitment, optimism, and wisdom to the staff team. I vow to work with my fellow peers to ensure that the RCHQ is being watched properly and effectively. If I do not know something I will communicate with my peers to ensure that I educate myself on new topics or topics I haven't learned myself. Not only am I willing to educate those around me, but I am ready to learn myself. Communication is valuable especially in a community like this, I will bring my A-game every time I log on the DSGHQ community.
There you have it, my application. I personally did not want to make it too extravagant, because I wanted to get to the point. I am applying for a position I am committed to and a position I am familiar with. I am ready for whatever gets thrown at me and I will handle it to the best of my ability. I truly appreciate everyone who is taking the time to read this application thoroughly. If any of you have any questions, comments, and/or concerns don't hesitate to comment down below. not many users have ever had a chance to actually become a moderator that's why Damen never called applications off, so please let others actually take part rather then hogging the ranks! Stop being a Jesse!

I support the idea of having new staff, but I also support having experienced former staff on the team as well. They're the most knowledgable and trustworthy, they can teach other staff the basics of moderating on the DSGHQ Forum. There was no need to dislike this application though, none at all especially if the reason was simply because you disagree with having former staff apply for a position they're familar with and love.

your applications are the literally all the same. like this is basically ur first one just better worded
