Why I would like to be a Forums Moderator:
I think Forums Moderator is the perfect fit for me. As seen by multiple roles I've had in the past, I greatly enjoy moderating. (Of course, not in game. I prefer PWC.) Otherwise, I've always had a real passion for this forums and OldCP as a whole. I spent a lot of my childhood around this website, I know how everything works, and I try to be as active as possible in the community. I love helping others out and enforcing the general rules here, as they get broken a lot more often than most people know.
What I'd do as a Moderator:
I wouldn't let a single broken rule get untouched. I would check the forums all the time and make sure nothing bad is going on, such as drama, or something as simple as someone cursing in a status. I'd make sure whatever it is, it gets resolved and the person gets properly punished according to what they did wrong.
Why I qualify as a Moderator:
I have the proper experience for this role. Some may argue that we should let others have a chance, but I would bring someone more experienced to the staff team. I have learned from previous mistakes as a Moderator, therefore I know what I'm doing in some situations that some new mods may not comprehend. I also know how to work the forums very well, where to find certain things, and also know how to get around OldCP. I also find it pretty unnecessary to abuse powers in general, I never have, and I never plan on it. And when needed, I will always work alongside the other staff members to get a situation fixed as a team, rather than being independent.
As a Moderator, I vow to....
- Enforce the rules in a non-biased matter.
- Always check the forums.
- Help new users.
- Step into drama when needed.
- Answer questions being asked within the community.
- Be as active as possible.
- Follow the rules.
- Work as a team with my fellow staff members.
