Hi guys, I made a new Discord server called Contact Core. It's specifically designed to be a direct bridge between ranked users and the rest of the community. This should make communication 10x easier and quicker.
How does it work?
Within the server, there are sixteen different channels, each run by the leaders of different areas in OldCP/DSGHQ. These channels are where the previously mentioned direct contact takes place, so for example:
If you're interested in becoming a Moth Larva you would enter the #contact-mothcouncil channel to inform the High Priest or a Blind Monk that you're interested, and they'll help you from there.
If you wanted to become a North Knight, you would enter the #contact-north channel and ask for further details.
If there were no moderators online and you caught someone swearing, you would enter the #contact-moderators chat and report the incident there.
...and so on.
Will this be a replacement for the Rank Hub or DSGHQ server?
Contact Core isn't a replacement for anything. Rank Hub was specifically made for ranked users to contact ranked users. The official DSGHQ server was made for socializing. Contact Core was made to bring these servers together and make communication more convenient for everyone.
What are the rules?
The rules of Contact Core are the same rules that apply in every other area of the DSGHQ community. This means no swearing or acting inappropriately. There is a lobby channel available for casual chatting, but this server is meant to be a semi-professional atmosphere and I hope those of you who choose to join will respect that. Rules will be enforced by server administrators and DSGHQ moderators.
