Bringing back House Guards brought big changes to the concept of houses, and from now on there will be new criteria to start your own.
Before you apply, you must make sure you meet every requirement listed below.
Another addition to House criteria would be activity. If the Lord/Lady of a House has been inactive for over a year, his/her house will become archived. This means that the House and its members will stay as they are, but no new members will be able to join and the House will be excluded from any House-driven activity. To have your House unarchived, you must go through the application process and be accepted a second time.

- Experience - Active on the game for at least six months
- Entry Fee - Pay a fine of 100,000 gold to activate your house
- Funds - Proof that you have enough gold to support house activity (at least 100k)
