Today's event was one of mystery and intrigue. It was the Case that Sherlocks120-150 had failed to solve, excluding Sherlock130 as he was apparently at a meeting. So it was left up to us to solve this case that had stumped so many Sherlocks (guess it wasn't elementary my dear Watson). For this event, everyone first met at the Plaza but quickly moved to the Library of Wisdom. The page of Sherlock150's Case Book was located there in a scroll titled 'The Dancing Men' (scroll 233).

Since the thief of the Mona Penguina had been a member of the Blackhawks, the first thing that came to the mind of the sleuths was to search in the rooms in the OldWay as that had been the Blackhawks base many years ago. Specifically, The Temple of the Djinn was investigated as Orlock thought that the angel being referred to in the scroll was the destroyed sacrifice bust that was located in the room. This did not turn out to be what we were looking for and the rest of the rooms located in the OldWay were searched fruitlessly.

Due to everyone splitting up and the need to go back and review the materials for this case, everyone regrouped at the Library of Wisdom once again. This time Damen had Julian tell everyone the details that we knew so far, which was basically everything that was outlined in the scroll. Damen said he didn't think there were any praying angles in OldCp. People started thinking that the praying angles could have been symbolic of something. Luckily, Wilf came in and after hearing the clue about the praying angles, he figured out the answer.

Everyone proceeded to go to the undercrypt, which is where the praying angle statues were located. At first, it appeared that there were no further clues to be found there and that another place was going to have to be discovered. But then after clicking on each of the praying angles, a clue was revealed on the wall above the tombs. The clue that was revealed was in a code. A code that appeared to resemble men who were... dancing! Thus the name of this case, The Case of the Dancing Men.

Down in the undercrypt, an event unrelated to the case occurred. PolPot2, aka Mike, decided to try to kill Damen in a random attack that took everyone by surprise. Alea and Wilf were killed in the attack, I think that they got revived though because I later saw Damen using /unkill.
Damen got healed and the work on the Case of the Dancing Men resumed. It was clear that the the code on the wall was meant to spell out something, but what? Once again, Wilfred came through for us. He deciphered the message, it read 'jr secretsafe'.
It was at this jr that the Mona Penguina was located. It's security around it involved security cameras and metal bars like those that would be found in a jail. These bars did not stop people from touching the painting though and Damen was going to have it moved back to its proper home.

Wilf was rewarded 100k gold for his finding of the lost painting. Damen also announced that Mike is now AOS and KOS on all accounts, even the unarmed ones.
