Orbay has been crowned Emperor Regent while Damen is "away". Orbay says that he has many ideas for OldCp that he would like to implement. Most of these appear to be about increasing the importance of Houses within the game. He mentioned having 'House Packages', an idea that has been implemented on iOldCp, being available for House Lords/Ladies to purchase so that they can arm their House Guards. Not much detail has been given out at this time.

Good luck to Orbay, hopefully he will be able to rule the Empire well while Damen is gone. The amount of time that Damen will be gone for was not stated.


On July 11, Bean decided to war for Providence. This came up with mixed results as Top Dogg GrannyOgg did die but she was killed unfairly by Alatar after Alatar rigged her health using the /joust command. Alatar ended up being demoted from Warlord for his actions. He has since apologized for what he did and we have yet to see whether he will be able to claim his rank back. Bean was promoted to Top Dogg and then was demoted from it for unknown reasons. At this time, the ownership of Providence is uncertain.

One of the lawyers Vaire had sent then announced there would be a legal meeting the next day and all the maiar were to attend. Three Nazgul were selected to be lawyers for Vaire. These three were Miromeski, Frogs, and Dragon. The lawyer announced that this would be a court case to determines who rules all lands.



LordLaw came online to handle the trial. Most of his case consisted of things that had been discussed at a prior Holy Trial, such as that Accal committed blasphamy when he said that he was "the eyes of Eru". The draconian legal team then moved on to asking how one of the seven can rule a land that Eru created, Dorval in particular.

The trial was disrupted when Jenna hit two of the MandosLawyer bots with her wooden sword because she forgot that wooden swords do damage to bots. LordLaw saw this as a violent attack and attacked Jenna. Turin then attacked LordLaw. The draconian legal team got upset and claimed that Turin had broken what was supposed to be a peaceful legal meeting. LordLaw then judged that Turin was to be executed at the Mountain. Turin wasn't going to just take this lying down, instead he fought and slayed LordLaw.

After LordLaw died, MandosLawyers spawned and were quickly defeated. Mandos then came in person. He was angry that Vaire had cheated on him with Cthulhu (the Sea Monster) and had a son with it. This son is, of course, Orbay. Mandos was so angry that he decided that he wanted to help defeat his wife, Vaire, and Cthulhu. He tried to get Vaire's seven nazgul to turn on her and join him. This ended poorly for Mandos as Vaire appeared and smited him.

Loki retired from Grand Moth Wise earlier this week to become a Blind Monk. This has left the Grand Moth Wise position vacant. Moth Trials will be held on a date that is yet to be determined. Keep your eyes open for more information on that if you are interested in obtaining this rank.
