So as you know, we don't have a rule against dislike spamming, according to Damen. However, this whole "dislike raid" that was done against Loki last night is bullying and so this is where I step in.

Here is what will happen:

Loki's rep will be reset to what it was yesterday
The people involved will not be punished unless this continues
We start respecting & treating each other the way we want to be respected and treated

P.S. I understand what caused this and all I have to say is, I don't care. Don't dislike raid over it. For every dislike you earn, you can also earn a like as well. A few minor dislikes isn't going to kill you. It's a number.

Well, it's kind of common sense not to spam dislike, as Sled stated, it is a form of bullying, even if it was a joke, it could also lead to a more disastrous outcome then you expected.

Yeah, that and when there's a post where someone is encouraging people to spam dislike you, it doesn't really feel like much of a joke when people join in. At least, to me it didn't. It made me think 'wow, I didn't even know some of these people dislike me'.
