Friday, November 15
Game of Mods was supposed to start on Friday but Pythas decided that he had other ideas as to what should be going on this weekend or hes just opposed to people having fun trying to compete for the rank of moderator. So Pythas sent Orcs and Cavetrolls to attack the South! While these creatures were being fought, the greatforest in the North was froze over. This is one of the signs that Nook warned us about, Snowfalls will create an ice forest. And the forest in the south was burned! This is another sign Nook told us of Pythas will start by burning the forest and the forests will freeze and burn.
Then in Thrones, Legion spoke through Dragon and Dragon announced that the Great War is starting! A balrog then came and slayed many people with its mighty firewhip. Due to the two rooms where people are supposed to be safe during an invasion (thrones and office), many innocents were slayed in the chaos. Aaron tried to settle things civilly with the balrog, but sadly, his attempt failed.
Eventually the fighting moved to Das as the Black City was invaded by Pythas' seemingly unlimited Orc, Urukhai, and Durnhai warriors. At first, it appeared the Southern forces were going to be able to annihilate these forces but they kept spawning and spawning. When one would die, another would take its place. Pythas even sent us a sign of a yellow haze appearing briefly over the morgul courtyard.
Eventually, the Southern warriors would be ordered to retreat as Pythas' army seemingly had an unlimited supply of warriors and the south would need to come up with a war plan to better combat Pythas' army and minimize deaths of knights. So, War Knights were to be made in preparation for the next attack.

Saturday, November 16
Saturday was filled with fighting just between the Dark Forest Boys and everyone else. There were many casualties but eventually the Dark Forest Boys were beat back as most of them were killed. There was even a great moment where it appeared that Frogs had died to Lex's wooden sword!
Pythas also sent OrcScouts to the forest. More were sent when they were killed as well. The two constantly being sent to the forest is much more manageable than the amount being sent to the rooms in the Black City.

Sunday, November 17
Sunday was determined to be the day that the South would take back the Black City! Even Emperor Damen came on to join in the attack against the evil land!
After Damen gave a speech about the war, he helped fight the forces occupying the Black City. It was great to see the Emperor fighting alongside his army and it undoubtedly made people fight better than they would have if he had not joined in the attack. A few attempts were made on his life by the Dark Forest Boys, but they were unsuccessful.
Damen even ordered nukes to be dropped on a couple of the rooms that were flooded with Orcs and Cavetrolls. Eventually, it looked like the army of Pythas had been defeated and Damen announced that the Black City was ours once again! But then, a terrible event happened. Damen noticed that there were more Durnhai and Cavetrolls in Baraddur and went in there to kill them. He died to a particularly vicious Durnhai in this attempt to take back the tower.
After Damen was killed, the Black City was flooded with more enemies than before. Pythas even decided to take this opportunity to start attacking Cobia as well. Once again, the War Knights were ordered to retreat so that another day could be chosen to try to defend the two islands that Pythas has now sent his massive army to.

Damen gave himself the "nodeath" xprop. It means he never could have died even if his health dropped to 0.
