Two of my penguins have been killed in OldCP. Are they gone forever or is there a way I can get them back? It's unfair because both times it was by a guy who had a lightsaber and both times i was harmless

First account I'm not sure as i was in a different tab, but i was in the courtyard and there was military around me so that's what i think. the second account Flame logged on and killed me while I was in my inventory and kept going on different accounts and attempting to kill innocents, but other people with lightsabers defended us.
