Yes, Cyberwolf. I have only seen one in-game, whom is Saviour. He is very trusted, and is the Trusted rank in-game.

I've never seen a Trusted user. Weird.

That is because it is not common to see the. There are not many of them. You will see them on oldcp, and there are not many trusted users. They will have yellow Nc. (Name Color) Be on the lookout for them, I think their rank is two, which is Mediator, but I am not sure...
