Today, a small number of witnesses gathered in the throne room for what was supposed to be the Wedding and Coronation of Chelsey and Damen Drake. Damen eventually came on a little late for his wedding but he brought with him solemn news. Chelsey would not be coming to the wedding. Why? He did not say.
Damen then went to look up who was next in the line of Royal lineage, he appears to be set on making the Drake bloodline stay in power for as long as possible. So we all took a trip to the Library O Wisdom. But Alas! The library did not possess the information that he was looking for. So Damen briefly went on P3D to find the desired information. He found that next in line is Princess Gugu.
He asked her if she wanted the rank and she accepted. Her first command, which she told Damen was "KILL THEM ALL" but this was revealed to be a joke and she resigned from Empress without ever logging in to OldCp.
Next in line was Princess Raindrop. She accepted the offer and came on to be Coronated. Her Coronation was done by Moth Ninja Kutya!

The following is Kutya's speech:

[Kutya:] Thou are here gathered today, to witness the moment of glory. That the new heritage bestowed up on Raindrop. First I must ask Raindrop, Raindrop do you solemnly promise to uphold the laws of the Southern Empire?
[Raindrop:] I do.
[Kutya:] Do you Raindrop, only use your authority only for good?
[Raindrop:] I do.
[Kutya:] I give my first blessing, a bottle of holy oil. *takes out bottle* With this oil, I will anoint you. *pours oil in palm* *rubs on forehead* With this sceptre, it resembles the symbol of authority. Take the sceptre with your right hand. *gives* For the final piece I give you a crown.
[Raindrop:] Thank you.
[Kutya:] People of the south and other Islands, I give you your Empress Raindrop! *crowns*


Raindrops first act as Empress was to promote Major to Admin. Congrats Major!

After the Coronation, Damen announced there will be a party to celebrate it on Saturday when more people will be able to be on to enjoy it. So be there or be square!
