Good day,
For the first time ever, the admins will be doing MOD APPRAISALS for all DSGHQ staff including: OldCP staff and Forums staff.
(Penguin3D staff will be done another time)
We admins will review your moderator skills and give you praise and offer advice on how to improve. But if the admin reviewing you is displeased, they have permission to demote you. Each mod will be given an admin to review them.
OldCP staff appraisal
Date: Friday
Time: 4 PM EST / 8 PM UK / 2 PM PST
Location: Wise Moth Chambers
The admins of oldcp will be assigned moderators to observe. The admins will track you on the cinema before the time above and write a short appraisal including things you did well and things you need to work on. At the appraisal (time above), we will give you the appraisal.
We will look at:
- Your activity (time clocked in)
- How you are on the game when users are on

Forums Staff Appraisals
Forums staff appraisals won't be held at an event. They'll just be posted in the Community Staff category.
We will post your appraisal by...
Saturday 5 PM EST
Admins will
- Look at your recent posts.
- See how regularly you log in etc.
- Look at the mod log to see what actions you've taken.
- Maybe ask others about what they think about your moderating.
- Then they will post a discussion in the community staff category for you. (individually)

I love this idea, I feel like we did something similar to this awhile back... I remember Harrison (Tennis) evaluating me and sending me a score sheet of my performance. It was actually quite helpful!

Looooool I am ashamed to say it but this week has not been a great week for me behavior wise. Sled better get some popcorn while watching me on cinema. I mean it’s not been awful but there has been a little tea.
Sadly, I won’t be on for the event because I’m busy due to this person who’s been stressing me out all week. Unless it takes more than half an hour, in which case, I’ll be there half an hour late.
