On April 8th, Courtney was murdered by Lush while she was invisible in the Pizza Parlor. It took a bit to figure out it was Lush until Zpheal came on and checked Cinema. Lush told me this in private:

“i’m not saying what i did was right / should be justified but i killed her because she has been cheating potm, manipulating others to log off / forcing them to log off. there’s this old user who wants to win potm (based off of what i’ve heard) and he was completely manipulated offline and felt terrible. other users were trying to win potm and they gave up because they felt that if they were going to continue playing oldcp normally (staying active), they were going to be forced to log off. on top of that, courtney has been having scott go on her account and click to prevent her from disconnecting every 10 minutes which is extremely unfair. i could careless about potm but the fact that she’s making other people feel guilty, forced, manipulated to log off is really upsetting. i also don’t like how the moderators don’t do anything about it because things have told to them about the whole situation. if someone is harassing another person, why isn’t anyone doing something about it? overall, that isn’t something to justify my actions because they were wrong in the first place but that’s basically the story behind it. not looking for sympathy or anything because i knew i was going to have a consequence”

Brit, the World Champion, attacked Courtney in her igloo, killed Alea on Das, and killed an innocent trying to kill a knight.

Bryn killed Bruised (Courtney’s alt) and Dancebear in the Pizza Parlor. Bryn says that she killed them because they were being rude to her friend.

There were a couple accidental murders made by knights in the Parlor as well. These three will be trialed at 4 PM EST on April 9th.

Sled received pictures of people bullying others recently. She said this:
“Either way, I'm ashamed of everyone involved. You are not cool for acting like that, rather you look like a jerk. And these are people I call my friends, but now I'm scared to speak to you because I'm scared you'll do the same to me.

There will be punishment and we'll get to that in time, but these are my raw feelings.

Stop this behavior. Stop abusing the fact that you can kill people on OldCP. I will have all your weapons removed and you'll never be armed again if you rampage kill for no reason. Stop being awful to each other.

Quitting and abusing your weapons? That is like stomping all over any trust you were given by Damen and anyone who armed you in the first place. Just don't do it. People work hard on this game and we hate people getting upset and wanting to quit over other people's actions.”
