Vade is seen coming online because of his said meeting time with Mr. Chapek at 6 PM (EST) Friday.
Next, we all went to Novalights where Mr. Chapek was seen with the 2 boxes that contained the Night Club sign and a helicopter to pick them up.
After that ordeal, we can see Vade in Dorvaljail talking about how it was too late and how the boxes are far away from the island now. Apparently Vade was part of CCP according to Lucian. He was in jail for attacking users.

We also see a bit of fighting in Dorvaljail. The fight ended to Vade committing suicide though.
We then see this user named Shafik who seems to be a worker for Disney. He's another one of the users with some sort of Disney (CCP) code in his mood.
Shafik had then said Lucian is working for "the dumb smugglers" - The Mysmuggle Company and is "not his buddy".
This whole ordeal was going on after Chapek had left Shafik when he flew away in the helicopter. It is also noted that Disney never paid the Mysmuggle Company for smuggling the Night Club sign.
We go back to Shipyard where we see Klark2 murder Shafik. This is because Shafik was giving lots of information about Chapek and Disney as a whole. He had mentioned the name Iger which refers to Robert Allen Iger, the Chairmen of Disney. He had also mentioned that our island (OldCP) would be no more, hinting they'd be back for more.
After that, Lucian is invited into the Wise Moth Chambers. There, he tells Orbay about how he wishes to have protection from the CCP and that Flame is working with them.

Lucian then offers to smuggle in exchange for protection.
We also find out Lucian is the Second in Command of his group. He was with Avant and Vade who were alleged pirates so maybe he's the Second in Command of a pirate group/Mysmuggle. If Avant did lead the pirate group that would mean Lucian is in charge now. Some say Avant was just a middle man for the Disney deal though. I believe Avant was the leader and now Lucian leads the pirates/Mysmuggle.
KEY BACKGROUND NOTES:
- Vade was an undercover worker for Disney (CCP).
- Lucian's people, whom he's a Second in Command of, work as smugglers (The Mysmuggle Company).
- Lucian didn't get payment for the sign exchange which made him angry.
- Lucian is seeming to be willing to talk with Orbay and possibly help try finding the sign - at a price of course.
- It's becoming a common practice that if you leak information, you're going to be shot and killed. Presumably, this can explain Shafik's death.
