This is completely silly and a waste of time. It's a weapon that does no damage for crying out loud. This should be a warning at most.

i told damen and his reply was "he should not do that" so idk. This should have been a warning but I'll do what Damen wants me to do just I don't think this will be a harsh punishment...

It really doesn't make sense to trial him. It's not like he killed anyone because it does no damage; it's literally just a wooden sword.
